Jim Henson is inducted into the American Banjo Museum Hall of Fame. Jim Henson: Life and Legacy exhibit on display through January 2020

For his appreciation of banjo music and promotion of the art form through his characters, Jim Henson was inducted into the American Banjo Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City, OK during a gala concert event on September 7, 2018. Heather Henson accepted the honor and cut the ribbon on a special exhibit about Jim Henson’s life featuring images, information, original designs, video footage, and Kermit the Frog playing the banjo.
